Order Processing

At findpack Store, every order receives prompt and careful attention. We process all orders within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders submitted before 2:00 PM Eastern Time are typically dispatched the same business day. As soon as your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email with a unique tracking number so you can follow your package's progress in real time.

We offer multiple shipping options within United States to fit your schedule. Delivery timelines begin once your order has left our facility.

International Shipping

findpack Store also ships to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and select European Union countries. International orders are typically delivered within 7–14 business days after dispatch. Please be aware that any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Order Tracking

We believe in full transparency. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched. If you have not seen a tracking update within 3 business days of receiving your order confirmation, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please notify us within 1 hour of placing your order by emailing us with your order number. While we will do our best to accommodate changes made after that window, we cannot guarantee that the address can be modified once the order enters processing.
