These terms govern your access to and use of the findpack Store website, mobile application, delivery services, pickup services, and any related features we make available.

Acceptance of Terms

By visiting, browsing, or otherwise using any service offered by findpack Store, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service, together with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations that apply to you. Should you disagree with any portion of these terms, you may not access or use findpack Store's services. Where you access our services on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent and warrant that you hold the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

Use of the Website

You agree to use findpack Store's services solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes, unless findpack Store has granted you written authorization to do otherwise. You must not:

• Breach any applicable law or regulation, including consumer protection and product safety rules
• Send unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, or spam through our platform
• Attempt to access our systems, user accounts, or inventory databases without authorization
• Misrepresent yourself as any person or entity, including findpack Store personnel or other users
• Deploy automated tools, scrapers, or bots to harvest product pricing, inventory data, or user information from our platform
• Submit fraudulent, excessive, or malicious orders, including orders placed without any intention of receiving the goods
• Resell findpack Store products for commercial gain without our express written consent

Product Information and Pricing

findpack Store works diligently to keep product descriptions, pricing, specifications, and availability details accurate and current. Should an error arise in product information, pricing, or availability, we may correct that error and cancel any orders placed on the basis of the incorrect information, at no cost to you. For items with natural variability — such as handmade goods or products made from natural materials — minor differences in dimensions, weight, or appearance from the listed specifications may occur. Product information and warnings are provided for reference only; findpack Store cannot guarantee that products are free from cross-contamination during processing or packaging. Product availability may differ by delivery zone, pickup location, and selected time slot.

Orders and Payment

Every order is contingent upon product availability and acceptance by findpack Store. We may decline or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, breach these terms, or cannot be fulfilled because of stock shortages. Full payment must be received before an order is dispatched or made available for pickup, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Minimum order values and delivery fees may apply depending on your delivery zone and chosen time slot. For age-restricted products (including alcohol, tobacco, and vaping products where legally permitted), you must meet the legal age requirement for purchasing such items in your jurisdiction, and valid government-issued identification will be required at delivery or pickup. If an item in your order is out of stock, we will contact you before dispatch and may propose a suitable substitute, or refund the unavailable item, unless you have opted out of substitutions at checkout.

Intellectual Property

All content on findpack Store's platforms — including text, images, logos, software, private label product packaging, and the "findpack Store" name and branding — belongs exclusively to findpack Store and is safeguarded by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any findpack Store content without our express written permission. User-generated content (including product reviews, photos, and comments) that you submit to our platforms may be used by findpack Store for marketing, promotional, or operational purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify findpack Store promptly of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. You are likewise responsible for supplying accurate, current contact, delivery, and payment information when placing orders, and for ensuring that any special instructions, eligibility requirements, or product-specific conditions you provide are truthful and complete. If you place an order on behalf of a third party, you alone are responsible for confirming that the third party satisfies all legal eligibility requirements for the purchased products, including age restrictions for restricted goods.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, findpack Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our website, products, or services, including but not limited to damages for incidental loss or delivery delays. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from a single transaction shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the products or services in question. findpack Store is not liable for failures or delays in service caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to supply chain disruptions, severe weather, public health emergencies, or third-party carrier delays.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of findpack Store's services shall first be submitted to findpack Store's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider in New York, NY, in accordance with the provider's commercial arbitration rules. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties, and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

findpack Store may update, modify, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice via email to the address associated with your account, or via a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using findpack Store's services prior to the effective date of the changes.
